Our Work
Every home in our portfolio was designed from scratch for a specific property, lifestyle, and vision. From Park City mountain retreats to Highland valley estates, these projects showcase our commitment to precision design, advanced 3D visualization, and seamless builder collaboration that delivers exactly what you envision.
Precision. Collaboration. Perfection.
Aspen Ridge
Lakeside Eco
This 6,801-square-foot Genola residence blends English country influences with modern accents, creating a timeless design that feels both refined and livable. Lakeside Eco features open great room living, a symmetrical stucco and stone exterior, and custom solutions like a vaulted RV garage that maintains architectural integrity. Every detail was crafted to support the clients’ active lifestyle while delivering lasting visual appeal.
Mountain Breeze
Sierra Haven
Sierra Haven began as a client’s vision sketched into floor plans—and evolved into a 10,000-square-foot showpiece. Through careful refinement and 3D visualization, we transformed disconnected layouts into a cohesive transitional design that earned acceptance into Lehi’s Parade of Homes. Blending modern lines with traditional trim, darker tones with inviting warmth, this residence showcases the power of collaboration and precision in bringing a client’s dream to architectural reality.
Sunset Vista
Sunset Vista is a 13,234-square-foot European farmhouse residence in Mesa, AZ, born from close collaboration with Hansen Design Firm. This expansive home blends timeless farmhouse charm with unexpected modern features—including curved rooflines and an indoor sport court. Through detailed 3D modeling and iterative design reviews, we translated vision into construction-ready plans that balance Old World elegance with contemporary family living.
The Julieanna
The Julieanna is proof that bigger isn’t always better. This 4,000-square-foot Cape Cod residence in Salem, UT, began as a larger custom home and was thoughtfully reimagined into a more refined, marketable design—without losing an ounce of charm. Preserving the beloved front elevation while optimizing the interior layout, this home earned Judge’s Choice at the Utah Valley Parade of Homes and inspired a new family to build their own version.
