You don’t need a plan. You’ll either:

  • Already have a plan from online or a builder?
    We’ll fully model it in 3D and test it on your land as part of this study.

  • Ask us to explore clean-slate massing options

These are test models—not final designs.

Step 2: We drone-scan your property

We visit your lot and collect all site data ourselves.

Step 3: We place and test the home on your land

Do I need to own the lot?

You do not need to fully own it yet, but you should either own it or be under contract. This study works best when you are actively planning to build on a specific property.

What if I don’t have a plan?

That’s completely fine. You can choose from our gallery of home models, or we can 3D model a plan you found online, or we can explore massing options to determine what type of home works best on your land.

Do I need a survey?

No. We collect the site data we need through a drone flight. A formal survey is typically required later for permitting and construction documents.

What happens after the study?

After the review call, you can move forward into full custom home design, share the findings with a builder, or pause until you are ready to proceed.

Is this full design?

No. This is a decision study that comes before full custom design. Its purpose is to clarify direction before detailed design work begins.

Why not just start full design immediately?

Because early directional decisions about orientation, slope response, and views are the most expensive to change later. This study reduces that risk before larger design commitments are made.
