How We Work
Initial Consultation:
- Objective: Understand your vision, lifestyle needs, and design preferences.
- Please share with us beforehand your collection of inspiration images such as a Pinterest board.
- **Bonus: ** We offer a complimentary 3D concepts service to help both of us understand your vision before starting on design.
Schematic Design:
- Objective: This is where the core of your home’s design takes shape. During this phase, we will collaborate closely with you to determine the layout and prepare schematic drawings of the floor plans, roof plan, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations. We will refine and iterate on these designs as many times as necessary until we finalize the 3D model, ensuring that it perfectly aligns with your vision. Once the 3D model is complete and ready for structural engineering, we anticipate no further changes to the design, allowing us to move forward with confidence.
- **Bonus: ** We include complimentary watercolor renderings with this phase.
Construction Documents:
Objective: With the 3D model ready for structural engineering, we’ll move into the construction documents phase, where our team will expertly manage the details that bring your project to life. While the model is being structurally engineered, we will simultaneously prepare the comprehensive architectural sheets for the construction document set. This includes adding all necessary notes, annotations, and additional sheets to ensure that every aspect of your home is clearly defined. Meanwhile, our 3D artists will be hard at work developing high-quality renderings that visualize the final product.
